Rates are subject to change at any time
Booking & Availability
Sessions are released on a curated basis and are subject to availability.
Bookings are approved on a first come first serve basis.
Confirmation & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the day of the shoot.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours prior to the session may have the deposit transferred to a new date (subject to availability).
Requests made within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session will result in loss of deposit.
Creative Direction & Image Selection
All sessions are directed by Physthetix.
Final image selection is curated at our discretion to maintain the integrity of the work.

Delivery
Standard delivery timeframe is up to 6- 8 weeks for EDITORIAL shoot session and 2 weeks FORM shoot session.
Priority delivery is available upon request as an enhancement.
Pricing of all enhancements are provided upon booking enquiry.

Client Usage
Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use final images for:

portfolios
Restrictions
Images may not be:

altered, edited, or filtered beyond their delivered form

sold or used for commercial purposes without written permission from Physthetix

submitted for publication or brand use without approval
Third-Party Use
Brands, sponsors, or third parties must obtain permission from Physthetix for any commercial use of the images.
Creative Integrity
Physthetix maintains the right to present and publish the work in line with its creative direction.
Creative Integrity
Athletes and their representatives are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use final images for social media and personal promotion.
Physthetix must be credited where images are published or shared
